I usually keep the giveaway simple by just posting a photo of the book and saying, “To enter retweet this post and make sure you are following me. Winner announced (insert date).” Make sure to let people know if it is an international giveaway or not.

Send to readers who show interest in your

writing

When I published my first book I did this more often. As time went on the demand just got too high to send to everyone. But, every once and awhile I’ll see someone on social media say they wish they could read one of my books. Sometimes the message is direct to me, and other times it is in a post that is not even sent in my direction. I then send them a message asking for their address or email (depending on where they live) and send them a copy.
